Hello Parents,

I’m Gabriella, a mother of three amazing girls—ages 7, 4, and 2—and guess what? Number 4 is on the way (pray for me).
​
I became a mom at 22 and over the years, I’ve learned how to build strong routines and healthy habits that truly work. I’m confident I’ve found practical solutions—and I’m here to share them.​
​
I was born in Geneva, Switzerland, to an Austrian father and a Luxembourgish mother, so multicultural life is in my blood. I speak French, German, and English fluently, and I'm learning Danish (my husband is Danish, so I have no choice!).

Our children enjoy a life full of adventure, travel, cultural experiences, and, of course, strong family values—just as essential as that first cup of coffee in the morning."

I’ve seen friends and family struggle with sleep deprivation, and I know what it’s like to be an overtired parent stuck in the endless cycle of bedtime battles. It’s tough for everyone involved.

Every child is different, and I get that some face real sleep challenges. But I’ve found methods that worked for me—and they could work for you too.
